Research On Challenge And Countermeasures The Citizens’ Network Political Participation In Contemporary China

Internet Era,network political participation have became an important part in the political life of Chinese citizens,China citizens try to grope for the network politics participation the truth in practice,and the network events in the virtual world extend to the realistic social life,cause profound thinking on political democracy and popular,but whlie people enjoy the convenience of the internet time,attention should also be paid to analzing some problems in network times hidden.This paper was based on the traditional political theory,basis on the pratice of citizen of China network politics participation,adher to the fundermental position of the doctrine of Marx historical materialism,look at the problem,by the dialectical thinking attitude analysis problem,comprehensive use of various research methods,carries on the profound analysis current situation of network political participation on the current Chinese citizens and the problem in the development process,and aimed at the actual problem,put forward corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,inclouding the introduction part involving a total of five chapters content.The introduction part was mainly carries on the research summary of the thesis,including the background,significance,research status,research methods and technical route etc..The first chaper,mainly discusses the theory part of the citizen network politics participation.On the basic meaning and main characteristics of network political participation are outlined,summarizes the network political participation connotation meaning and content,the main body participation channels and the main methods.The second chaper,describes China’s network political participation rise conditions,and it will be divided into three historical development stages of its development process was outlined,and then analyzes the current our country citizen network politics participation scope and breadth,combined with the actual summed up the development of network politics participation in our country has obtained achieventment.The third chaper was main analyzed the existing in current China’s network politics participation problem in detail,especially on aspect of network security, participation order,network gap on issues and so on.The fourth chaper,mainly aimed at China’s network political participation in the question,proposed the corresponding solution countermeasures.This chapter stresses from strengthening legal management of network political participation,to speed up the system construction to further improve the legal system of network political participation,from the specific network group events involvement to the meshwork virtual community management,requirements of meshwork participation subject and object of self constraint,in the theoretical and practicial level to explore real road to development that is suited to the China citizens network politics participation.
