Different age groups has different consumptionstructures. The implementation of the second child policy, the development ofpopulation structure will enter a new stage.Jinan is the capital city of Shandong province, the demographic developmentof Jinan appears especially importance. According to the fourth national census, thefifth national census, the sixth national census of Jinan we have three populationpyramid.The change of these population pyramid, we know that the populationageing of Jinan is gradually deepened. According to the sixth national census ofJinan,we found the aging degree of different regions are different, old people’s healthare different. The old people’s source of income between urban and rural areas aredifferent. Elderly people in rural areas are facing a pension plight. Population ageingof Jinan city has showed some regional characteristic, also brought some problems.By using the model, selecting parameters to predict four key years of Jinanpopulation structure of the pyramid. Forecasting the coming years, as the change ofpolicy, the number of0-14years old children’s and its proportion will graduallyincreasing, the total number of people aged65and up will gradually increasing. Astime goes by, the existing population of working-age population will graduallytransition to the elderly population, elderly population will increasing sharply.Population ageing will increasing the pressure of health care, provide of the aged.According to the questionnaire data, people with different ages, differenteconomic conditions and the different health conditions, their endowment will vary.Influenced by local traditional concept,old people tend to choose family pension, when the family endowment couldn’t satisfy her/his pension demand, according totheir economic conditions, physical health, there will consider home endowment orinstitution endowment which one to choose. Many retired intellectuals are tend tochoose housing supporting, community home endowment institutions, mutual support,mutual endowment.Through the survey we found that the family pension mode in Jinan has someshortages, such as weakening of family pension mode function, obvious regionaldifference,and the shortage of funds. Because of traditional ideas and the lack offunds Jinan institutions endowment has a low level of specialization andstandardization. Housing supporting is just started, the single source of funds, narrowcoverage, service level needs to be improved. Draw lessons from foreign advancedcountries, successful pension patterns, combining with the characteristics of Jinanlocal population ageing and endowment patterns, considering the characteristics of thequestionnaire of desire, we come out some suggestions: developing diversifiedpension mode, providing multiple service; Perfect the relevant legal system;Increasing financial and social capital; Endowment real estate development, theestablishment of elderly community; Cultivate professional service personnel,improve the service level.
