The Problems Study On Cummunity Culture Construction Of Taiyuan City

Culture is the ladder of the progress for a nation, and it also is the crystallizationof human wisdom. With the development of economic society and the progress ofscience and technology, China’s cultural soft power significantly enhanced. Under theguidance of the socialist core values, CPC central committee made clear instructionson strengthening culture reform and promoting cultural development, culturalconstruction should keep close to the people and the reality, insist on serving thepeople, and embody the national cultural characteristics and creativity. During theimportant opportunity period of transformation and development, the managementand construction of urban community faces profound changes. And the same time, thespirit of the citizens and the mental world are hugely changing. The communitybecomes a new place for learning, entertainment and leisure venues. Communityculture is the soul of the community, which reflects the people’s ideas, customs,behavior, mental outlook in a certain region. As a result, in the process of urbandevelopment, the community culture construction has been increasingly concernedand emphasized.This paper chooses the community culture construction of Taiyuan city as theresearch object. Based on summarizing the theory and practical achievement ofcommunity culture construction in China, it analyses and reflects on the problems andshortcomings existed. We try to put forward the reasonable improvement measuresfrom the predicament and the insufficiency. This paper will be divided into five parts:The first part is introduction, which mainly describes the background and meaning ofthe research. It also includes the relevant research at home and abroad. And thenfurther expands the research contents, research methods and the innovation. Thesecond part explains the community, culture, community and culture and other relatedconcepts, pointing out the contents of community cultural construction, andintroducing Marxist cultural views, socialist core values and other related theories, sothat people can have a more clearly and comprehensive understanding. In the thirdpart, the situation and the problems of Taiyuan city community culture construction isanalyzed and summarized. Through actual survey and the interview, we found that theproblems mainly exists in the infrastructure, resources sharing, the positivity of residents’ participation, etc. According to the problems after investigation and study,the fourth part, further analyzes the reasons, which are the government departmentsnot taking it seriously, the relevant legal system construction lagging behind, and lackof investment in human, financial, and material recourses, then put forwardreasonable countermeasures and suggestions to lay the foundation for the following.The fifth part, aiming at the existing problem of Taiyuan city community cultureconstruction, put forward the corresponding improvement measures. We should attachgreat importance, increase investment in material and human resources. And I hopethe community culture construction should be innovated and developed in practice,really play its functions, and meet the people’s spiritual and cultural needs.
