China and Bengal region has a long history of friendly exchanges, the earliest documented back at least to the Qin and Han Dynasties. In the new era of the new environment of international relations, development opportunities and challenges coexist in Bangladesh relations, in-depth development of bilateral relations is of great significance. But in the New Era, international relations and development pattern change rapidly, which requires us from the perspective of international relations, the relationship between the two countries have very very clear understanding. This article focuses on the post-1971independent Bangladesh from Pakistan, Bangladesh began to set up for the development of relations between China and Bangladesh were studied. In this paper, the development of relations between China and Bangladesh is divided into five periods sort of international relations history and background of each period of bilateral relations, description and analysis:first, in the early days of Bangladesh Bangladesh relations; second, the Meng handed the Cold War ended in the early-Bangladesh relations; third, to911in Bangladesh relations during the Cold War; fourth, after9/11the United States to return to Asia-Pacific strategy implemented during the Sino-Bangladesh relations; Fifth, the United States to return Asia-Bangladesh relations after the date. On the basis of trying to sort out the history of Bangladesh on bilateral relations from the perspective of the transfer of power, the use of power transition theory Ogan Chomsky, for five different times in different patterns and power in the international system pattern environment facing bilateral relations The evolving powers to move due to certain research and analysis, and then a series of development of bilateral relations in different periods up combined with international relations pattern changes (particularly changes in the pattern of international relations in South Asia), for analysis of dynamic causal. Bangladesh relations through research, to grasp the history and evolution of China-Bangladesh relations, analyzed the international situation in which the relationship between the level of development of the power.
