Agency And Staffing Resources Allocation Under The Aspect Of Province Directly Governing County System Reform: Challenges, Problems And Optimization

The research is based on the practical needs of optimizing the resources of public sector reform in the current context of the system reform of the province directly governing county which stands as an important part of Chinese administrative reform and major exploration and is also one of the important ways and means to optimize the resources of public sector reform. With the further development of Chinese administrative reform, in next 5 to 10 years, implementing the system reform of the province directly governing county at a certain level will become the major trend.
