The Working Motivation Research Of League Cadres On The Basis Of Two-factor Theory

As the mass organization consisted of advanced teenagers that was leaded by the communist party, the communist youth league is the bridge that links the youth. With the development of society, the social power is increasing continuously, on serving and uniting youth affairs, the communist youth league is confronted with the pressure caused from the non-governmental youth social organization. Hence, to improve the ability to serve the teenagers is important. As the organizer and executives of youth league, the league cadres play a key role in the development of youth league. The league cadres are unique officials, they have the advantages of young age and fast development, but also have the pressure of little employees and heavy work burden.so how to motive the league cadres is a necessary.Two Factor Theory mainly dig up the hygiene factor and motivation factor of the subjects, from their satisfaction level, so as to illustrate the specific methods to increase the working motivation. Through questionnaire and interviewing, the author will analyze the hygiene factor and motivation factor of league cadres motivation and the relevance of those factor with motivation effects, degree of satisfaction, and importance factor on the basis of two-factor theory, and thus come up with the working motivation model of league cadres. On the basis of it,the author come up with the idea and path of league cadre working motivation.
