Today, the world tends to gradually aging, China has entered the era of aging follow closely. In pace with China’s aging trend, the rapid growth of China’s elderly population, smaller families, geriatrics, empty nesters and other trends are becoming evident, as well as conditions in developing countries, which have led to our countries pension issues are facing severe problems.Our retired workers of the University are part of older age groups, pension problem facing the same problem with the whole community, is also facing serious pension problems. The retired workers of the University are the more concentrated population, the university retirees showed the personnel of large scale, high income, high rate of empty nest, the distribution is more concentrated and there is a certain organizational security and other features, pension issues are relatively concentrated. Trying to make sense of security that every retired veteran comrades, providing our elderly with a sense of security, opportunities of study, opportunities to enjoy themselves, to educate, and doing something in the old age is the responsibility of the whole society. Therefore, in-depth retired university faculty pension model study has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on reading a lot of literature and the basis of domestic and international research, the Xinjiang Agricultural University retired workers are researched as research subjects, the method of questionnaire and interview are adopted to gather information. Investigation on status of pension for retired workers of the Xinjiang Agricultural University were analyzed, the basic characteristics of retired workers are summarized. By using SPSS20.0 software, through the principal component factor analysis to extract the main factors, simplify the influence factors of the retirement pension, respectively the two aspects of community and university to analysis the influence factors of nursing satisfaction, increase the two composite index of community and university satisfactions to the multiple overall satisfaction to take multiple regression analysis. Through the analysis, pointed out the current retiree pension problems, analysis the causes of the problem on the basis. Based on the above analysis results, to solve the retired workers pension problem policy recommendations are put forward.
