China's elderly population accounts for the proportion of the total population is growing,aging trend intensified,and now the two-child policy is fully open,so children do not have more energy to care for the elderly.In this context,China's pension agencies showed a growth trend,and the growth rate is larger.In recent years,China's pension agencies have been rapid development,which benefited from a series of national pension policy to promote.Therefore,it is precisely because the pension agencies continue to develop and improve,more and more elderly people tend to pension,pension agencies to provide services and care to meet the needs of the elderly,this is an important issue,which directly affects Older people live comfort and happiness in their later years.This paper mainly studies the satisfaction of the elderly in the pension institutions.This paper investigates the factors that affect the willingness of the elderly in the pension institution,the demand for the old-age service,the satisfaction of the institution 's pension,and the influence on the old-age satisfaction and retention intention of the elderly.This paper mainly uses questionnaire and quantitative research.Through the quantitative research method,the representative of the pension agencies on-site research,through the collection of data and the use of SPSS software,the use of linear correlation and linear regression to analyze the specific variables(in the form of a questionnaire to understand the overall situation of the elderly;The relationship between the other factors on the overall satisfaction of the elderly institutions,and through the binary logistic regression analysis of the elderly's personal situation and the pension needs of the elderly are willing to remain in the nursing home Or the impact of home or other forms of pension.The main conclusions drawn include:1,to improve the daily care,in the toilet and change clothes,the elderly demand is high but the satisfaction is very low.2,to improve the spiritual comfort of the elderly,not only to pay attention to the elderly's daily life,but also concerned about the spiritual aspects of the elderly.3,medical care to improve the disease treatment and physical care,the same demand is high but the satisfaction is very low.4,the organization of some basic daily exercise facilities and health care facilities are not sound enough.5,many elderly people on the organization cognitive misunderstanding,so to improve the elderly on the organization's satisfaction,the first and most important thing is to change people's awareness of the pension agencies.6,the government should increase the support of private pension agencies.
