The Spatial Differentiation Characteristics Of The Aged Population And The Pension Problem

Facing the increasingly prominent aging society,it is an urgent task to strengthen the layout and construction of the pension facilities planning and construction according to the social and economic level of each country and the city and the spatial distribution characteristics of the elderly population.It has been a pressing task at present,and it directly affects the development and progress of the whole society.This paper,after understanding the population age structure in Huairou,Beijing,combined with the results of macro population aging analysis,analyzed the status of population aging and the spatial differentiation of the aging population in rural communities through the micro angle,and explored the characteristics and pattern of the aging population law from the perspective of space.Based on the analysis of geographic information system(GIS),and on the basis of social statistics,urban sociology and human geography,the development trend of population aging and the spatial distribution of the aged population in Huairou area of Beijing are studied in Huairou area of Beijing.The aged population data are spatialized and graphically,which directly reflect the distribution and evolution characteristics of the elderly population in Huairou,Beijing,and provide reference for the related research in the future.The main contents are studied in the following aspects.(1)According to the population data of Huairou District in Beijing over the years,this paper studies the evolution trend of population aging in Huairou District of Beijing in recent 10 years from both static and dynamic aspects.From the perspective of evolution^population aging in Huairou District of Beijing shows a moderate aging trend.(2)According to the population density of the elderly in Huairou District of Beijing,the spatial distribution of the population density of the elderly in Huairou District of Beijing was studied by using GIS analysis software and classical population density model.The population distribution of the elderly in Huairou District of Beijing gradually tends to be balanced,the attenuation gradient of the population density of the elderly from th e central area to the peripheral area slows down,the gap between the central area and the peripher-al area narrows,and the suburbanization phenomenon further enlarges.(3)According to the overall spatial distribution characteristics of the elderly population in Huairou District of Beijing and the detailed characteristics of the various circles,this paper analyzes and summarizes the following:first,the three-circle pension mode is more inclined to family pension;second,the elderly population in the inner circle has an obvious trend of aging,and the proportion of the middle-aged elderly in the outer circle has declined;third,the people in the three-circle.Oral dependency ratio decreased as a whole;fourth,the median age of outer circle became smaller;fifth,the aging degree of inner cir-cle and middle circle generally increased,while the aging degree of outer circle decreased.It is beneficial to promote the sustainable development of the society by formulating a reasonable population development strategy which is pertinent and consistent with regional characteristics,alleviating and solving the aging of the population,promoting the construction of new urbanization and improving the people's livelihood,perfecting the old-age security system and institutional facilities.
