Research On The Ethnic Relationships Of Alashan Left Banner Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region In The New Era

The relationship of nationality about Alashan Left Banner in Inner Mongolia mainly shows Mongol and Han, Mongol and Hui, Hui and Han. According to the situation, this thesis focuses on the form of Alashan Left Banner and its influences to the relationship of nationality. At the same time, it deeply analyzes Multivariate social effect of Minority immigrants entrance to Alashan Left Banner. The fifth chapter is to find out the problems about the relationship of nationality in Alashan Left Banner. The sixth chapter is mainly about how to solve the problems, in the interest of ensuring equal economic rights and social harmony, so as to reduce economic gap and achieve common prosperity by significantly improving Minority Talents and cadres.
