As the aging of the rural population in our country continues to intensify, the problem of old-age care for the rural elderly is getting more and more attention.Among them, the left-behind elderly in rural areas are faced with the change of family intergenerational factors and affect their choice of old-age care, which also brings new challenges to the improvement of the rural old-age service system. In the process of social change, the intergenerational relationship as a function of maintaining the family is an important foundation, especially the traditional "refeeding" intergenerational relationship has been loosened. Therefore, from the perspective of family intergenerational relationship, its impact on the left-behind elderly's old-age care wishes can better understand the group's need for old-age care, and has very important practical significance for the realization of left-behind old people's old-age support.Based on the above background, this article takes the rural left-behind elderly as the research object, takes the social exchange theory, altruism theory, responsibility internalization theory, welfare pluralism theory as the theoretical basis.Based on the data of the special survey on the monitoring of service outflows by the Health Population and Family Planning Commission of the floating population in 2015,we selected three levels of variables:economic support, life care and spiritual comfort.Firstly,we conducted a descriptive statistical analysis and cross-analysis of the status of family intergenerational relationships and old-age willingness of left-behind elderly in rural areas, and then studied family intergenerational relationships in rural areas. The impact of the left-behind elderly's old-age willingness.Based on multiple Logistic regression analysis,it is found that the intergenerational relationship of the family has an important effect on the elderly's willingness to care for the rural left-behind.Firstly,in terms of financial support, the more money the children give, the lower the possibility for the left-behind elderly to choose the government /social pension. The older people tend to self / spouse pensions;secondly,in life care, whether the children can take care of them in a timely manner significantly affects the left-behind elderly to choose the relatives of their children. The two variables of the caregiver andwhether to help the children see the children did not have a significant impact on the elderly's old-age willingness;third,in terms of spiritual comfort,if the elderly would communicate with their children, the elderly would have a higher preference for their children's pension The frequency of contact with children has no significant effect on the elderly's willingness to provide for the elderly.Combining the current state of care for the elderly left behind in rural areas and the results of data analysis, this article proposes to strengthen the family construction of the elderly left behind in rural areas, actively promote mutual mutual assistance in rural areas, promote the socialization of rural elderly care services, vigorously promote the integration of rural medical care and encourage multiple forces to participate Suggestions on caring for the elderly left-behind in rural areas.
