A Research Of Legal System Of Culture Of Chinese Film And TV

Nowadays, the film and TV cultural industry in our country is no longer as simple as we think of it in terms of the field of artifact producing, and the film and TV cultural industry has already seen a very temping and high profit during its rapid development, hence this industry is directly affecting its own status in national economy. Based on national conditions, though TV and film industry has already taken shape, yet its influence on our national economy is inferior to that of strong power of the film and TV cultural industries. How can we lessen the gap between us and the advanced countries with reference to the film and TV industry and boom the whole industry, hence facilitating the development of this industry? It is not difficult to notice that if we look forward to developing the film and TV cultural industry, it is necessary to build a sound legislative system. At present, there are some drawbacks of the legislative system on the film and TV industry in China, in terms of the legislation, reinforcement and judicature of this very field, which all are in need of improvements.The thesis consists of five parts. The first part is a preview, which sheds a light on the research background and implications of improving the legislative system in relation to the film and TV cultural industry. The importance of improving this system in China is to be analyzed with reference to the development of the film and TV cultural industry around the world, based on which the research framework and methodology of the current study will be formulated. The second part is an introduction of the legislative system of the film and TV cultural industry. Referring to the theoretical background underlying this industry, I will elaborate the meaning, implication and features of some fundamental concepts, such as culture, cultural industry, film and TV cultural industry and the legislative system of the film and TV cultural industry.Finally, I will make a case on the significance and theoretical basis of the improvement of the legislative system of the film and TV cultural industry. In the third part, I will provide an account of the status quo of the film and TV cultural industry around the globe and its revelation. Based on an analysis and summary of the legislative development and experience of four countries characterized with advanced legislative systems relating to the film and TV cultural industry, the revelation on improving China’s legislation on the film and TV industry will be derived. In the fourth part, I will analyze the current situation and drawbacks of the legislative system on the film and TV industry in China, primarily in terms of the legislation, reinforcement and judicature of this very field.In the final part, in reaction to the problems examined in the proceeding section, I will propose some solutions to the enhancement of the legislative system on the film and TV industry in China, also in three aspects including the legislation, reinforcement and judicature of this system.
