Research On Interaction Response Mechanism To Deal With Mass Incidents By Government

Response is an important feature of the government. Actively respond to the needs of people,provide satisfactory service to people is the basic requirement of the government. Based on the experience of Western countries, strengthen the government response is the needs of whole community’s development and an inevitable trend. In recent years, an increasing number of mass incidents in China reflect the weakness of government responding from another perspective to mass incidents. The improper government’s response intensifies social conflict and group events and frequent performance appear, resulting in a significant negative impact on society. Final results show that some local governments solve the reasonable demands of the people is not in place, resulting in a reduced ability to respond to government. Therefore, to improve information disclosure mechanism of government response, strengthen government response and enhance ability of government response is of particular urgency. Based on corresponding theory of government response and under the background of mass incidents, this article does research on relationships between mass incidents in China and government response, so as to provide some references to handling mass incidents in a more efficient way.In this paper, group events as the background, theory related to the government’s response to public demands as the basis, to study the relations between government response and public demands in mass incidents. So that provides reference for the good relations between the government and the public and the formation and transformation of government.Research framework of the paper is divided into seven parts, each part of the main contents are as follows:Chapter 1: Introduction. Raise the questions. Analyze the existing relevant research results at home and abroad, and analyze the purpose and significance of research and so on.Chapter 2: Analyze the problem. The government response mechanisms to the mass incidents were analyzed, and list the effectiveness and lack of the response mechanism, which leads to the third chapter.Chapter 3: Hypothesis. Using the relevant principles of the system, the regulation of government’s response to mass incidents has been set, the method to achieve the government’s response mechanism has been described.Chapter 4: Rationality verification. The rationality of principles, regulation, and method of government’s response to mass incidents were demonstrated.Chapter 5: Feasibility verification. The feasibility of principles, regulation, and method of government’s response to mass incidents were demonstrated.Chapter 6: Effectiveness verification. The effectiveness of principles, regulation, and method of government’s response to mass incidents were demonstrated.Chapter 7: Conclusions and Prospects. Summarize the made of research, and made a brief exposition about the deficiencies which exist in the writing process.
