Research On Enhance The Social Effect By Management Of Trialin Ya’an Intermediate People’s Court

Since twenty-first Century, with the economic globalization and the rule of law to accelerate the process, in the pursuit of public security legal unification, procedure, judicial justice and efficiency and so on, reached a general consensus. Therefore, all the countries in the world have started to reform the management mode to enhance the trial as the main content of the social effects of judicial reform. According to China’s "rule of law" and the policy of the previous central political and judicial reform work conference spirit, our court established by the "three separate" principle as the foundation, enhance the social effect of the management of trial reform exploration.Years of reform to enhance the trial management social effect, not only through the mechanism to standardize the judicial procedure, improve the efficiency and quality of trial, but also to strengthen the supervision and restriction, played an important role for the scientific decision of the court. However, the current promotion of trial management quality and efficiency of the system at the same time also exposed some inevitable problems, such as trial management responsibilities are not clear,, the management of disorders caused by anti-social effects. The author in the court trial management work in, realize the judicial management is largely driven by the quality of the trial efficiency improved, but also the existence of the phenomenon and the drawbacks of using poor will cause the legal effect and social effect can not be reached. In order to solve the problem of trial management, we needs based on the review of reform experience, learn from the western countries in promoting the social effect by trial reform achievements, to improve China’s judicial system.This article is the an application of the theory of public management and the trial management theory and method, analysis and Research on the typical application of trial management produce social effects in the public management practice. This paper combined with my practical working condition and experience, the research unit in the trial management, through the necessary data analysis, summed up the use of trial management tool to enhance the social effect of successful experience to find out the deficiency of trial management, and the proposes improvement.
