Design And Development Of Comprehensive Evaluation System Reform Of Criminals

With the fast development of information technology, the fields of social, political, economic, military was extended deeply into, Information technology has become the basic power to promote social development. As an important part of state machine, the prison has the inevitable trend of development to apply information and network technology widely. To develop a practical, convenient, comprehensive evaluation system for prison officers, it will improve the scientifically grasp of individual criminals, accurate apply the law execution and management education, unify prison law enforcement standards, increase the execution efficiency, satisfy the public about judicial work, and be great significance to promote the building of a harmonious society.The main research of this thesis is to design the system applicable for a prison police officer to state offenders for scientific evaluation. The system will provide a perfect, scientific, systematic evaluation mechanics for the prison, and make the prison law enforcement execution more targeted, accuracy, and criminals incentives better(administrative, criminal punishment). All above will provide valuable reference for the reformatory.This paper direct at the writer’s unit and the specific situation of the work, according to the actual demand for the management of the prison system in Henan Province, to carry out research work and requirement analysis; on this basis, in accordance with the content and process of prisoner management, analysis functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system. It can also save a lot of time and energy, thus free from specific transaction, focus energy on the prisoner educating, use the modern technique and the corrective method to form a conceded effort to correct criminals to constantly and improve the quality of criminal correction, thus realize the implementation of prison work goals and objectives. Through a series of tests on the whole system, the design system basically achieve requirements of the design proposal and goal, basically reached the expected results.This paper describes a network evaluation system with online assessment, information query, and police users and individual prisoner information management. It was discussed in details of the development process for Prison Criminals Reformatory Comprehensive Evaluation System, includeing the establishing data tables by SQL Server 2008, different ways to connect to the SQL Server database, AJAX nonrefresh technology, etc.
