Study On Incentive Mechanism Of Government Social Mobilization In China

Social mobilization is a process that people’s minds, attitudes and values changes constantly and it is influenced by various factors in society through a variety of social practice. It is a dynamic process. It will form its unique content and play its due role with the development of the history and society. Throughout the development of human history, no matter what form of society, social mobilization is closely linked with the development of the whole society and push society forward with its unique way or content. Thus, social mobilization haves played a great role at all stages of our social development.With the continuous changing international environment and development of China’s socialist market economic system, our society begins to be diversification, information technology and opening. The new era is coming, and it calls for new changes of social mobilization. In order to adapt the new needs of social development, social mobilization mechanisms need improvement. Then choosing which angle to study social mobilization is the key point of this thesis. Social mobilization is a hot issue in the academic field of public administration, also incentive-related problems is a hot issue in the field of management science, but study on incentive behavior mechanism of government social mobilization in china is the colder areas among the two hot spots. Both of the spots have a feasibility study of the theory and practical.The paper is based on motivation theory and social mobilization theory to study on mechanism of social mobilization incentive behavior. First, it analysis of the incentive behavior mechanism’s problem of government social mobilization in china, and find there are external performance, inherent laws, system security and the implementation in government social mobilization’s incentives behavior. Subsequently, the article proposes research hypotheses for the problems. It studies on improving incentive mechanism of government social mobilization in China from the aspects of mechanisms, regulation and operations to achieve. Then the paper do further proof for research hypotheses from three aspects of rationality, usefulness and applicability. Eventually, it gets the conclusion. Innovation of this paper lies in combining these two hot issues of the social mobilization and motivation theory and chose to study the colder areas among the two hot spots. It using the Mechanism Research Methods to systematically solve the problem of social mobilization incentive behavior and complete the relevant arguments.
