China's Civil Service Incentive Mechanism

With the deepening of reform, China's government is facing greater pressure from more urgent How to improve administrative efficiency, to create a lean, efficient, pragmatic and honest civil servants, how to encourage the majority of civil servants to build a set of proactive, clean and highly efficient mechanism work diligently for the people a direct impact on the government's administrative efficiency and operational level. Therefore, the incentive of civil servants has become a warm public management scholar to explore issues.These years, our government adopts a series of incentive measures which have played an important role in management. Based on the analysis of the status quo of China's civil servants incentive mechanism, based on the reference implementation of the major developed countries of the successful experience of an incentive mechanism is proposed to further improve the incentive mechanism of China's civil servants response.The article consists of six parts.
