Study On The Environmental Information Disclosure Of The Government

Never in history before has environmental issue that threatened people’s health and economic development been more evident than now. With the awakening of environmental concept,people pay more attention to the information of their own living environment. Our government made a Great progress after the regulation of government information disclosure and the environmental information disclosure method(EIDM) being practiced. However, it became the obstruction of interaction among different stakeholders that the shortcomings of the legal system of environmental information disclosure in China. The theory of interaction between parties in the course of environmental protection tries to make a difference in legislation of environmental information disclosure in China.There are three chapters in this thesis.Chapter one begins with the basic theory of interaction between parties in the course of environmental protection introducing theoretical foundation and characters,which makes a suggestion for the revolution of the environmental information disclosure.Chapter two focuses on the current situation of China’s legislation of the environmental information disclosure,which is the precondition to discuss the dilemmas in legislation under the theory of interaction between parties in the course of environmental information protection.Linking theory with practice, chapter three tries to perfect the legislation based on the preceding part of the thesis. In order to promote the interaction between government and the thirdparty supervision, the thesis gives the suggestions.
