The Study On Zhangye City Location Of Community Functionsunder The Concept Of A Livable City

Urban communities are the basic units of the city and the city’s cells.it plays an irreplaceable role in social development and nation-building in our country. The further deepening of China’s economic and social development and reform and opening up, put forward new requirements for the construction and perfection of function of our Urban communities. Especially with the further development of the concept of a livable city spread and livable urban construction, more urgent demands that we must further accurate positioning and improve the functions of urban community in our country, in order to play through community in strengthening the grass-roots construction and the development of democracy and other aspects of the function. Thus, we could conform to the trend of modern urban development better and achieve all-round development of man and society.This paper is based on the background of "deepening the grass-roots mass self-government". How to construct and perfect the function of urban communities are also based on the systematical research from the perspective of “building the beautiful China” and “livable city concept”. In order to achieve that goal, this paper researches and analyses the Status quo, historical change and development trend of the city community function. As the same time, this paper use community construction and service as the breakthrough point and take Ganzhou community of Zhangye of Gansu province as a typical example so that we can better actively explore the localization process of community function in the construction of city community and also explore the new community concept of livable city, including how to adapt to. What function the community should have and by what means and system could guarantee to realize are expounded in the paper. At the end of paper, it also puts forward corresponding suggestions for the future development prospects, the function of city community and the countermeasures.The article thinks that the overall development of the community’s development cannot do without people, and realize the positioning function of the community will be the future to better adapt to the all-round development and enhance the people and promote the whole social. Contact the international trend of social development and combined with the special current situation of our country and community development, the article points out that the development of community and its function are not cold-blooded and wizened organizational structure but more will be the construction of a harmonious society based on people oriented as the macro background and value guide, in order to meet the community residents self development oriented and can give the independent, dynamic model of community resources for the community to provide support and help.The main innovation of this paper lies in the concept of a livable city as a starting point, through this unique and dynamic perspective to analyze and locate community functions, not only to better grasp the historical changes of the community and its features, but also to propose forward-looking related development proposals and measures to provide a reference of academic research through practical suggestions for the development of positioning community features.
