Study On The Legalization Of National Governance

The legalization of national governance is important in promoting the national governance system and governance ability under the background of reforming and developing the socialist system with chinese characteristic. Theoritically, the legalization of national governance is different from triditional national management, it has formed the fundermental frame of the theory of national governance under the rule of law,which is prospective and practical. Practically, the basic method of modernization of govenance system and governance ability is the implementation of legalization. Improving the national governance by legalization is of guiding sinificance to the development of modernizaiton of national governance system and governance ability.This article states basic concept of governance, it also describes current station and strait of national governance. On the basic of analysizing the demand of national governance and good law, this article points out that legalization is the indespensabal gateway of morderlizing national governance and system and national governance ability. The elaborate manners of the legalization of national governance can be divided into three perspectives. Firstly, we should transform the national governance elements. Secondly, the national governance system should be institutionalized. Tirdly, the legal thinking and legal way should be used to promote the ability of national governance which includes the development of the national governance system’s constrution, the solution of social contradictions and the achievement of reform consensus. Only in this way,can we promote the realization of the modernization of national governance.
