The government provide good jobs for migrant workers public services related to social stability and development of our country.In this paper,based on the realistic background of the government purchase of public services,analysis of the government to buy the quality of migrant workers employment training services, research the influencing factors on the quality of the training. This paper established a theoretical framework, and for the government to buy migrant workers employment training,analyzing the present situation and problems of the service quality and by SPSS factor analysis method to determine the variables from getting comprehensive dependent variable in the dependent variable, and then through the regression analysis method to analyze the factors influencing the quality of migrant workers employment training services in the end. Through SPSS analysis,summarizes the influence factors of the results,combining the present situation and problems of the migrant workers training, put forward policy Suggestions to improve the quality of the government purchase of migrant workers employment service.
