Path Dependence And Authority Extending In The Development Of Unit Community

The unit system formed after the establishment of new China, which is the most important part to differ from that of traditional or overseas in city government, has played an important role in society government, citizens’ daily life, and resources integration and configuration of China.However, great changes of the unit community’s development have taken place when it developed independently without the restriction of the unit since China’s reform and opening up. Paying attention to the transitional changes can illustrate us of the developing situation of urban basic organizations, which is helpful to realize the importance of basic-level organization to China’s overall transitional campaign. This thesis take L( an institution in Ha Erbin,Hei longjiang province) as the study subject. We can find the changes and development of the unit community according to the long-time observation and interview with the neighborhood.It is evident that the former unity has had a big influence on its community’s development, giving it a developing tendency of path dependence through the daily life and operation of the community.But only with sustainable resource supply can the unit community’s development step onto a new stage. Meanwhile, through daily operation and activities of the unit community, it is discovered that Bureaucaratic authority extended to the interior of the unit community and also still play an important role in the unit community.This informal relationship network is directly affected by the formal inter-personal relationship in the unit. Communities in this state will generate some special properties, so that the unit community have initiative of resources in some ways.In addition, considering all the relative factors, unity community may be a dual result of society and the market, to protect its interior interest from the impact of market economy.As a distinct community form, unit community has its unique attribute in the progress of urbanization, which deserves our special treatment. To enable unit community to function the most in the basic construction blueprint of China, we need to give reasonable guidance considering its particularity and find out its most suitable transitional model. Through the research of L, it is expected that the unit community will attract attention of sociology study and find its right position in the arrangement of whole society transition, therefore to fulfill its responsibility for China’s urban community development.
