Research On Government Regulation In China’s Marketization Of Public Service

Public services directly related to the public interest and the public’s quality of life. At present, China is in a transition period and government regulation faces many challenges in the marketization of public service. With the continuous development of economy and society, public people continued demand for higher levels of modern public service, the traditional supply mode of the public service and government administrative system has exposed many shortcomings, so it is urgency for us to improve the Government regulation in the marketization of public service for the purpose of enhancing the vitality of public service providers, assuring the quality and efficiency of public service s and meet the public demand of the modernization public service.On the basis of an analysis of relevant literature, the paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the study through defining the concept of regulation of Government in the market-oriented public service. Meanwhile, the paper systematically analyzes the problems in government supervision in the marketization of public service from the regulatory body, regulatory content, regulatory process and regulatory regime etc. based on the status of government regulation and the literature studies about the government regulation in China’s marketization of public service. The paper even deeply probes the cause of these problems through many aspects. What’s more, it propose the corresponding suggestions for our government regulation in China’s marketization of public service based on the China’s specific national conditions and successful experience of the foreign countries. Including build a modern regulatory system, guide and encourage regulatory object, define the position and focus of government regulation, improve government supervision procedures and supervision approaches and improve the security system of government supervision…This paper consists of six chapters, the first part of the introduction in the article discusses the background and significance of this research, literature review, research contents and methods, the problem; The second part introduces the public service, public service marketization and Governments regulatory definitions and theoretical basis; The third part gives a brief analysis of present situation of government regulation in the marketization of public service; Part IV analysis of government regulation in the marketization of public service in our country and the cause of the problem; Part v summarizes the Western developed countries experience enlightenment in the public service marketization of government regulation. The sixth part puts forward suggestions of government supervision in China’s marketization of public service.
