| All along, the ruling party and the government of China pay very high attention to the "three rural" issue based on the State of union. On the background of the continued development of the social economy, social governance issues about the new rural surfaced gradually and become the focus concerns of nation and society. In the Third Plenary Session of the Party’s eighteen, "to promote national governance systems and governance modernization" is put forward; it requires a better grasp of social governance all over the construction of new rural areas. With the implementation of a decision on community and rural policing strategy issued by Ministry of Public Security, the Rural Policing can be established in many rural areas of our country, which has a very important strategic significance to improve the law and order rural areas situation, and to promote the harmonious development of rural areas. But in the construction and operation of the rural police office, it still has problems worthy of our attention, such as the current unreasonable regulatory system of rural Policing and the absence and defects in the management philosophy, etc. These are some of the issues involved in the rural countryside Policing governance encountered.Therefore, rural police office operations are used for the study, specific to Community policing in Anxi County. Based on community governance theory and interviews theory, using the way of various research methods and interview methods, the article take Anxi Rural Policing Strategy as an example to make theoretical analysis and field research, in order to find out the Anxi County Rural Policing operation problems and reasons. As the same time, by collecting and collating some relevant information, the article is to draw some conclusions to help solve the problem of China’s Rural Police and the rural community participation in governance and ensure that rural police office room can really play in our country rural community governance role. |
