A Study On Leadership Improvement Of Rural Grass-roots CPC Organization In Social Transition Period

In the new situation, the ruling environment of the party organization in rural grassroots has been changing with each passing day, especially after the reform of the rural tax expenses, the contradiction between the rural economic foundation and superstructure, productivity and production relations have become increasingly prominent. To grassroots party organizations, these put forward higher requirements. How to fit the new office environment better, to consolidate the party’s ruling basis better in the countryside, is a very important issue. In the transition of rural grassroots party organizations, facing so many challenges: the socialist market economic system changed the relationship between basic-level party organization and farmers, change the position,function, a pattern and activity way of rural grassroots party organizations.
