Rural Labor Transfer Horizon, The Peasant Workers’ Survival And Development Problems In China

Rural labor force transfer is the inevitable result of industrialization and urbanization development, along with the implementation of the household contract responsibility system in our country, rural productivity levels increase rapidly, emerged a large number of surplus labor force. In this paper, with the help of marxist theory of labor transfer, the thorough analysis and characteristics of China’s labor transfer, clear relationship between migrant workers and labor transfer.
