Research On The Functions Of Township Governments In The New Rural Construction

Realize urban and rural areas and the rural economic and social coordinated development, we must accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside, this requires the villages and towns government from the overall situation of rural development of the country, playing a positive role in the construction of new countryside. Rural development presents new features, making the township government in the process of building new countryside faces many new challenges. This paper based on the construction of new rural township government functions and positioning for the study object, explores villages and towns government how to exert its function, better promote rural development.This paper mainly adopts literature research method and historical analysis method, from building a new socialist countryside township government functions of the related theory analysis of the new features of rural development to the township government with new challenges, explore township government functions play of new rural construction exists the main problems and its causes. Based on this basis proposed that the transformation of functions of township government focus on changing the concept of development and the key of management, building a service-oriented township government.
