Risk And Prevention Of Political Participation In The Construction Of China’s Ecological Civilization

Ecological politics is a hot issue in today’s world. Due to the rapid development of Green Party and its growing political influence,the two are closely related to each other. As the development of market economy and the rapid development of industrialization,the political participation in the construction of ecological civilization is becoming more and more important. This article is based on Marx’s view of ecological civilization and political participation,learning from the main achievements of the development of ecological civilization in the west,and based on the practice of ecological civilization construction and political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background,significance and research methods. The second chapter discusses the political participation in the construction of ecological civilization in China. The third chapter analyzes the current situation and the main risk of political participation in the construction of ecological civilization in China. The fourth chapter puts forward the main ideas and ways to prevent the risk of political participation in the construction of ecological civilization.This paper argues that the ecological politics comes from the west,but its influence is global. The formation and development of the western green political theory,and the green party political participation experience undoubtedly have positive significance for China. In fact,the deterioration of the ecological problems in contemporary China shows that the ecological politics has been developing in China. At the same time,we should pay more attention to the harmony of man and nature. I believe that people create history is the socialist practice ought to pursue. To this end,we don’t have to walk the green political path which comes from the west. But in order to avoid the tendency of widespread political movement of the Green Party of extreme and populist,and also to ensuring political stability and social stability conditions,we must take a road with Chinese characteristics,which is helpful to the ecological civilization construction and political participation in the organic combination.Based on the above understanding,this paper analyzes the current situation of political participation in the construction of ecological civilization in China,the dynamic mechanism and the existing problems. On the basis of risk analysis,the article puts forward the preliminary solution to the problem,which are in the three aspects of political participation in the construction of ecological civilization.This paper argues that the lack of effective protection of environmental rights and reasonable system participation mechanism,the lack of the traditional political culture, the lack of awareness of people’s political participation,the lack of awareness,and the improper attitude are the important factors that cause the risk of such political participation. Therefore,we should pay more attention to the timely communication, carefully dealing with the group events, and actively cultivating themselves the comprehensive quality of the political participants. Because they are the important links to solve the risk of political participation.This paper suggests that civil society, grassroots democracy, deliberative democracy is the basic way of political participation in Contemporary Chinese ecological civilization construction. The civil society is the social basis of contemporary Chinese citizens’ political participation in ecological civilization construction, and it is also the social foundation of democratic political development. Through the coordination of environmental protection organizations,not only provides a systematic, organized political participation way, but also regulate the citizens’ political participation behavior. The development of grassroots democracy is the main part of the China’s political participation,and the grassroots democracy allows people to get the right to decide their own destiny and allow them to have the courage to take the initiative to explore new life path. It is also that people have the right to explore a kind of life style which is responsible for the environment and the society. It is known to all that the deliberative democracy is an important feature of China’s socialist democratic development. It is an effective way to resolve political participation in the process of political participation,and it is also the responsibility of the individual and the society to take on the construction of ecological civilization.
