With the rapid development of information technology,the government’s digital transformation has been fully accelerated.In view of the characteristics of large scale of government information investment,long project cycle and high project complexity,a new operation mode has emerged.Large projects often introduce the general integration unit,which will undertake the construction and operation of the project set,responsible for the formulation of standards and specifications,system research and development delivery and system operation,etc.,and will coordinate the superior resources of all relevant parties to coordinate and resonate.Under the background of project set management,there are problems such as resource restriction and frequent coordination among sub-projects,which lead to the multiplication of management complexity.When traditional schedule management technology such as critical path method is used,the time limit is often delayed due to improper schedule control.Based on project management and schedule management methodology,combined with the characteristics of project set management,this paper explores the use of critical chain technology for schedule management optimization,in order to realize resource optimization and improve the benefits of project set management.This paper starts from the theory of project set management and schedule management,expounds the basic concept,principle,content and application path of project set management and schedule management in detail,studies the project set schedule management of civil administration software in G city as a practical case,and organically combines the theoretical knowledge of key chain with the practice of project set schedule management.This paper first analyzes the problems encountered in the application of critical path method in the project set,and then discusses the optimization of schedule management by using critical chain method.Secondly,based on the revenue goal of project set,Delphi method is adopted to investigate the influencing factors of project implementation priority,and ahp is used to analyze the priority of sub-project implementation,so as to support the decision of project resource allocation and solve the resource conflict problem of sub-project.Thirdly,based on the work decomposition structure,resource constraints and implementation priorities of the project set,the schedule control of the project set is carried out in combination with the critical chain technology,so as to give full play to the maximum advantages of the project set management.Finally,combined with the practice of schedule management of project set,the advantages of critical chain technology in schedule management of project set are summarized,so as to provide reference for similar projects in the future. |
