| The fixed assets investment projects in the field of national defense science and technology industry have the characteristics of large scale, long construction period, complex construction content and great investment significance. Objectively the construction projects are based upon the constructive goal, and scientific and reasonable schedule for construction is required to strengthen the project management in construction engineering and equipment purchase. Strict management of the project schedule is needed in order to ensure progress and quality of the construction project.Military XX construction project based on research and development conditions is the fixed assets investment project in the field of national defense science and technology industry. There are problems which have great effects to fulfill the projects on time, such as unsound schedule management system, insufficient understanding of schedule management importance, irrational schedule management, full-time manager for schedule control etc. Therefore the study of XX project schedule management has important significance. In this paper, on the basis of theoretical research related to project management and project schedule management, the XX project WBS decomposition and the activity logic relationship are studied. The project schedule is compiled and optimized by using the method of network planning technique and the critical path method. In the implementation of the project schedule, how to carry out dynamic monitoring and how to adjust schedule are analyzed in detail, and the project schedule control measures and safeguard measures are put forward.In this paper the theory and method of project management are actually applied to military XX construction project based on research and development conditions. There are important theoretical significance and practical significance in planning and controlling of XX project schedule. And it also provides reference for other fixed assets investment projects. |
