The Research On Countermeasures Of Development About Pension Service Industry In Shenyang City

With the continuous development and progress of human society, population aging issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Countries around the world are facing tremendous pressure of population aging. In order to alleviate and solve various problems caused by an aging population, as an emerging industry, pension service industry has been developing gradually. Our country has a large population base, and the proportion of the total number of the elderly population presents an increasing trend. The severe situation of an aging population stimulated strong demand for old-age social services. Pension services turn into the country’s key industries. It is an important factor to promote the vigorous development of China’s industrial structure adjustment and achieve sustainable development strategy.Shenyang entered population aging society was earlier than our country and Liaoning Province, its number of elderly people is very large, which caused complex and diverse increasing needs of pension. Although there are a lot of pension service-related industries, it still can not meet the huge demand for pension, therefore,promoting the development of pension service industry is a compulsory task.This article introduces the current development of domestic and foreign pension services from the view of background and significance of pension service industry,then introduces related theories and developing experiences of domestic and international typical countries and cities for development of pension services. With accessing to information, field research, studying cases and so on, we deeply studied the current development of pension services in Shenyang City. Learning from the advanced experience of pension service industry development of domestic and foreign countries and regions, and combined with the actual situation in Shenyang City, we put forward the recent development goals and long-term development goals of pension service in Shenyang City, goal-oriented, I make appropriate suggestions for the development of Shenyang pension services, including the following aspects:accelerating the industrialization of research, expansion of knowledge resources;emphasis on government functions and strengthening government regulation;attracting social forces, expansion of the service team; developing education andtraining, improving service quality; strengthening propaganda, changing ideas;encouraging centralized pension, developing industrial clusters.
