Study On The Development Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Pension Services Industry In Inner Mongolia

It is an effective measure for countries all over the world to develop pension service industry in response to the aging of the population.Under the situation of increasing the pressure of aging population,the Chinese government promulgated the programmatic documents,comprehensively promote the orderly development of the pension service industry in all regions and actively respond to the increasingly prominent “silver hair” problems,such as inadequate total social pension services and structural imbalances.In the economically underdeveloped Inner Mongolia minority areas,it is extremely urgent and necessary to develop the pension service industry.The severe aging of the population and the aging phenomenon have affected the economic and social development in Inner Mongolia,it is the people's livelihood issue that must be faced and solved on in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period in Inner Mongolia,and it also provides an important opportunity for the healthy development of the pension service industry in Inner Mongolia.Therefore,studying the current difficulties faced by the pension service industry in Inner Mongolia and proposing targeted development paths and recommendations for promotion have important practical significance for improving the pension service system in Inner Mongolia and effectively coping with the problem of population aging.This paper takes the pension service industry in Inner Mongolia as the research object and takes the population aging as the background.Based on the development trend and characteristics of population aging in Inner Mongolia,this paper makes a panoramic analysis of the operation status,problem predicament and development countermeasures of the pension service industry in Inner Mongolia.The study found that at present,the development of the pension service industry in Inner Mongolia has the problems of unbalanced urban and rural areas,imperfect facilities for the pension industry,inadequate development of institutional pensions,and incompatibility between the development of the pension industry and the construction of the pension service system.This paper proposes that we should combine the advanced experience of the development of the domestic and international pension service industry,and combine the needs of the pension service in the Inner Mongolia and realistic payment capabilities and other conditions.From the aspects of improving the urban and rural social endowment insurance system,perfecting the diversified social pension service system,enacting investment and financing policies for the pension service industry,and adopting the combination of “government-led and market allocation” as the promotion method,etc.We will crack the development dilemma of the pension service industry in Inner Mongolia to accelerate the healthy and orderly development of the pension service industry in Inner Mongolia.
