Study On The Environment Thought Of HU Jin-tao

With the high-speed economic development, the worldwide economic integration has progressed fast, meanwhile, the whole world has already been a connecting closely organic unity. However, that this kind of high-level material civilization development is at the cost of destroying the ecological balance of nature causes resource shortage, environmental pollution, the continuously deterioration of ecological crisis and so on. The global resources and environment problems are increasingly prominent. As one of the biggest developing countries, China has yielded vast economic development which causes worldwide concern since China established, but at the same time China also faces with the stern fact of increasingly serious environmental pollution, resource constraint and ecosystem degradation. That urges our country to explore continuously how to realize the harmony between human being and nature and find a all round,harmonious and sustainable developing path. Since the 16 th National Congress of the CPC, according to national realistic of environment and ecology, HU Jin-tao not only has proposed a series of vital ecological thought,which is on the basis of inheriting and developing the Marxism ecological thought, including the thought of outlook of scientific development, constructing the resource-efficient and environment-friendly society, building ecological civilization and the like, but also brought ecological civilization construction into the national development strategy in the report of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC. Ecological civilization construction has been a important part of the strategic overall arrangement of “ Five in One”. The environment thought of HU Jin-tao is a kind of theoretical response to our country’s environmental and ecological problems, a kind of transformation of economic development pattern, and a kind of pointer for constructing ecological civilization.This thesis includes five chapters, and introduce every chapter’s main content as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. In this chapter, this thesis interprets the background and significance of studying the environment thought of HU Jin-tao, summarizes domestic and international research status of the environment thought of HU Jin-tao and sketches the research method and innovation of the thesis.The second chapter: the basis of the environment thought of HU Jin-tao. In this chapter, this thesis analyzes the formation of the environment thought of HU Jin-tao from two aspects: theoretical basis and realistic foundation. Explain the theoretical basis from the three following aspects: the ecological thought of K.Marx and F.Engels, the ecological thought of the three-generation leading groups of Chinese Communist Party, and the ecological thought from ancient China. Explain the realistic foundation from the three following aspects: serious environmental forms, the objective needs of China’s peaceful rise, and the realistic choice to solve the global ecological crisis.The third chapter: the basic contents of the environment thought of HU Jin-tao. The environment thought of HU Jin-tao consists of the ecological development thought, ecological society thought, and ecological civilizes thought. In a word, ecological development thought includes the ecological thought of scientific development, ecological requirements of harmonious development, and the green, low-carbon, and cyclic development patterns. The ecological society thought includes the harmonious society ideas of how to live in harmony between man and nature and how to build the resource-efficient and environment-friendly society. The ecological civilizes thought includes that build ecological culture with the notion of ecology civilization at the core, and build the ecological society with building resource-efficient and environment-friendly society at the core.The fourth chapter: the structural analysis of the environment thought of HU Jin-tao. This thesis mainly analyzes the environment thought of HU Jin-tao from two aspects in this charter. On one hand, it analyzes the orientation of every part of the environment thought of HU Jin-tao. Scientific development is strategic directorial thought. The ecological society thought is specific practice. The idea of ecological civilization is theoretic distillation. On the other hand, it analyzes the completeness of the environment thought of HU Jin-tao. The environment thought of HU Jin-tao develops the thought of Marxism ecology on the basis of new practice. We can see that from these three aspects: first, the environment thought of HU Jin-tao enriches and develops the ecological thought of K.Marx and F.Engels.
