The Training And Education Research Of Young University Teachers Party Activists

All along, the university is shouldering the cultivation of the cause of socialism qualified builders and reliable successors important mission. Young Teachers College as an important force to fulfill the mission of promoting the sustainable development of higher education, has been the focus of my attention and party culture. They absorb the outstanding elements to join the party, young teachers work hard to party activists training and education work, forging a noble morality, business skills, good quality,the role of activist team, is the new period colleges to implement the party’s 18 spirit,the implementation of the fundamental task Lide tree people, strengthen ideological and political work of youth teachers, members of major initiatives to improve the quality of development. This paper combined with practical work training and education in colleges and universities, young teachers on how to strengthen training and education activists work were discussed.Party universities generally place more emphasis on young teachers in training and education activists, actively conscientiously implement total control, optimizing structure, improving quality, to play the role of the general requirements, vigorously carry out the young teachers work training and education activists, party members so that young teachers the ranks of the new force has increased, the overall quality continues to increase. However, with the reform of higher education to continue to promote competition among young teachers is becoming increasingly fierce, the university began to emerge "only on paper" "the only research funding" and other "heavy traffic, light politics," the idea of individual grassroots party organizations Universities Because of the emphasis on training and education work was not able to establish a sound system of training and education, resulting in job training and education appear content targeted not strong enough to form innovation, effectiveness is weak and other issues. Meanwhile, with the development of society and thedeepening of reform and opening up, profit-driven tendency intensifies, some young teachers activists due to lack of awareness of self-education, political beliefs appear confused, confused career aspirations and values of variation and other issues,resulting in pluralistic ideological influence motivation.For major problems young university teachers in training and education activists exist, this article on how to improve training and education made the following recommendations:(1) strengthen the degree of attention and initiatives, including training and education attaches great importance to the work; participated actively in training and education activity;(2) innovative training and education methods,including the convening of activists debriefings; take advantage of new media resources; open social practice and testing exercise training base; strengthening party activists self-education;(3) improve training and education effectiveness,including training and education to develop a reasonable plan; training and education to determine the content of science; establish and improve training and education systems; training and education to enhance the security conditions; training and education to build management system; forming force training and education; and strengthening outreach services.
