Enlisting the activists of the party to train education is an essential part of the development of the party members.Whether or not this pass can directly relate to the quality of party members.Since the 18th National Party Congress,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has put forward new concepts,new ideas,and new requirements for strict and strict administration of the party,providing fundamental guidance for party building work in the new era.In accordance with the requirements for comprehensive and strict administration of the Party,mobilizing the activists in the rural areas to educate the educational work is an important task in fully implementing the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee.The quality of rural party activists training the quality of education is directly related to the quality of the development of party members,but also related to the construction and development of rural grassroots party organizations,and the relevance and effectiveness of research needs to be based on the current rural party activists training education status quo.This paper analyzes the changes of the enthusiasm of the enthusiasm for joining the party and the different requirements of each period.Marx and Engels established the theoretical standards of the proletariat from scratch,and Lenin' s persistence and development of the Marxist theory of educational education.Since the founding of New China,it has summarized the rural party membership.The activists nurtured the historical experience of education and formed a Chinese Marxist education theory for joining the party.At the same time,in the context of the socialist modernization,the central and local governments issued relevant documents concerning rural party activists in cultivating education to promote rural party membership.The activists have provided institutional basis for cultivating education.This paper takes the 13 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of T Town,Guangxi Autonomous Region as an example,conducts empirical research on the status quo of rural party activists training education on the basis of data obtained from rural first-line research institutes,and finds out the current existence of rural activists in cultivating education.The problems include the reasons for the high age structure of the activists in the party,the low level of academic qualifications,the lack of theoretical literacy,and the complexity of the source components.And from the rural activists to cultivate the problems and causes of neglected leaders of education organizations,the lack of reserve forces for enthusiasm for joining the party and the causes,the lack of specific problems and causes of education,the problems and causes of the training of educational methods,and the causes The lack of serious issues and causes,specific analysis of the specific problems that exist,combined with the actual situation of the rural activists in the education of the problems that exist in response to given the countermeasures.
