Research On The Innovation Of Urban Community Service

As a product of industrialization, modernization and social division of labor, urban community services play an important role in enhancing the quality of life of residents, reconciling social conflicts and promoting the construction of community autonomy. Although the government of SIP has taken a positive step and the city community service and management have also made brilliant achievements,SIP(hereinafter referred to as “park”) earlier than other regions into a new stage of economic transformation and upgrading. However, the economic transformation and upgrading of the new urbanization process has brought a series of new problems to the city community service. These problems also restrict the more quickly and healthy development of community service and management in the park. Therefore, how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the various aspects, and better promote the sustainable development of urban community construction and management, is attracting more and more attention of the people. Urban community service innovation has become the hot topics in the study of urban community governance and focus.Based on the analysis of the latest research results of the urban community public service, the paper studied mainly in Huxi community, which is the earliest and most mature development, also the most typical in the park. By the innovation of urban community governance and improvementin the residents’ community participation mechanism, take community members as the main body of community construction and development of community government partners. Committed the role of the government regulators in the job function of "contact, communication, service, condensed" and service concept of "fade out management, strengthen cooperation; desalination governance, strengthening service", guide the social from all walks of life force to participate in community construction and analyzed to explore the specific practice.Analyzes of Huxi community on the successful experience of urban community services and studies the economic transformation and upgrading and new urbanization brings to Huxi community service of new problems and finds the causes of the problems.Through that, this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions of urban community service innovation, the purpose is to help the government and community management to make better use of various social resources, mobilize the enthusiasm of parties, to better promote the sustainable development of urban community services and management, and promote the construction and development of a harmonious society in china.
