Research On Volunteer Participation In Community Old-age In Hangzhou

As one of China's early aging cities,Hangzhou has accelerated the growth of the elderly population,and the problem of old-age care for the elderly has gradually emerged.Faced with the increasing aging of the population,the government has been advocating community pension as the basis and institutional pension as the supplement.The mode of community pension is mostly government assistance and volunteer participation.Promoting the development of community endowment system requires more social volunteers to join the cause of endowment.Cultivating professional volunteer service team is an effective way to cope with the aging development of urban population.Volunteer service plays an increasingly prominent role in advancing a moderately society in an well-rounded way,it plays an extremely important role in the development of community pension services.Based on the current research of the domestic and foreign situation,combined with the related concepts and theoretical basis,this paper uses the methods of literature survey,questionnaires and interviews to analyze the basic situation of volunteers' participation in community pension in Hangzhou,to find out the problems and causes of volunteers' participation in community pension in Hangzhou,in order to improve volunteer participation.The paper puts forward feasible ideas and policy suggestions on community pension.This paper mainly includes six parts:The first part puts forward the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,and the research content and methods.It mainly analyzes the research background and significance of Hangzhou volunteers' participation in community care.Including the key and difficult points of research and innovation.Domestic and overseas on the theory of community pension and volunteer participation is conducted.The second part is the elaboration and definition of related concepts and theoretical foundations.It focuses on the definition of volunteer and volunteer service,volunteer organization service,community volunteer service and community old-age,and elaborates the concepts of the theory of social governance,social action theory,community participation theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following writing.The third part focuses on the analysis of the basic situation of volunteers' participation in community pension in Hangzhou.It mainly elaborates the organization system,government supervision mechanism,main contents and achievements of volunteers' participation in community pension in Hangzhou.The fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for the problems of volunteers' participation in community pension in Hangzhou.With the background of volunteer service and old-age system,this paper analyses the existing problems from the perspective of government,volunteers.In the fifth part proposes ways to improve the participation of volunteers in Hangzhou community care based on the problems of volunteers' participation in community pension.The author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of strengthening the construction of service system,strengthening the government's leading force,providing targeted and characteristic services,and strengthening the linkage among various departments.The sixth part is the research conclusions and prospects.We will continue to work hard and innovate with the goal of volunteering and focusing on building a community pension model.
