In recent years,the rapid growth of economic strength in Area A of City L,the security situation is facing an unprecedented complex situation.In the face of the huge demand of public security in the new period,the police force of the public security organs appears to be stretched.Due to the strict restrictions on the establishment of the police force,the limited growth of the police force and the aging age structure of the civilian police force have always restricted the sustainable development of the public security organs in District A of City L.In order to solve the problem of insufficient police force,the District A Public Security Bureau of L City publicly recruited auxiliary police officers to enrich the police force.Since it was put into use,this team has become an indispensable and important force for maintaining public security.However,while the auxiliary police make up for the lack of police personnel on board and make significant contributions to the management of public security,due to various reasons such as the unclear nature of the identity of the auxiliary police,the unclear duties of the posts,and the imperfect management system,the incidents of illegal violations by the auxiliary police have occurred from time to time.It seriously affected the good image of the public security organs.This article starts from the heavy task of social management and the actual needs of police resources of the Public Security Bureau of City A,through the relevant theoretical methods such as human resources management and training management,and combines the domestic and foreign auxiliary police management methods and practical experience with the actual situation of District A of City L.Taking the auxiliary police force of District A Public Security Bureau of City L as the research object,we find out the current situation and existing problems in the management of the auxiliary police force of District A Public Security Bureau of City L.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as reshaping the management concept of the auxiliary police at the grassroots level,establishing a scientific and effective education and training system,establishing an effective auxiliary police assessment and incentive mechanism,and gradually improving the auxiliary police supervision mechanism.It is expected to provide reference for improving the manpower resource management of the auxiliary police and the healthy development of the auxiliary police.
