In March 2006, Anhui province carries out community correction pilot work. The community correction has made gratifying achievements and achieves accumulated rich experience. Practice indicates that community correction work fit into the era of building a harmonious socialist society and reflects the new concept of socialist rule of law civilization. Compared with the traditional imprisonment correction, education is a central part of the community correction. By correct education, dissolve the community inmates ideological and psychological contradictions, improve their own quality and shape their healthy psychology and sound personality, so that they can develop normal living habits, enhance the ability to adapt to society, for their regression and integrated into the society smoothly.This paper consists of introduction and four parts. The first part of this article mainly introduces the meaning of the correct education and list the characteristics and good experience of the education of community correction in domestic and abroad. It mainly discusses the experience and practice of binhu century community education community correction. So the reader can have a general idea of correct education. In order to make the reader understand the current situation of education of community correction in China and the necessity of innovation education of community correction, the second part mainly analyzes the main problems of the current education of community correction. For example, the correct education cannot do differential treatment in education; family members for the rectification personnel supervision does not reach the designated position; correct education less contact with the community; correct education form a single; do not pay enough attention to social forces to participate in community correction and so on. The third part mainly analyzes the principle should be hold in innovation correctional education. Such as the correct education should distinguish between gradation, classification management; correct education should grasp the phased, correct education should comply with the times and reality, correct education should focus on innovative, correct education should focus on practical and play a special skill and so on. The fourth part mainly discusses the specific suggestions on exploration and innovation education of community correction and analyses the lawyer as a social force should be better participate in community correction work education. Such as correctional education should accomplish achieve multi-angle analysis, differential treatment in education, correct education should be with the family power, pay attention to family influence, education should develop various education modes, correct education should integrate social forces to participate in community correction and so on. With some foreign and domestic provinces, cities, lawyers, counselors, teachers, education and other social forces to participate in community correction work, social forces to participate in community correction education has been playing an increasingly important role, the lawyer has become a community correction education an indispensable social forces, because lawyers are legal workers, have certain legal knowledge, and know the criminal psychology. The community inmates have a certain ability to persuade education, lawyers can participate in community correction, as a social volunteers can also hired by the judicial administrative department or commissioned correction work, and explore the lawyers to participate in the education of community correction work, correction of community education work has important significance for the development and perfection.
