The rapid development of the internet leads to the prosperity of online shopping. The features of virtual, openness, variety, inexpensive of online shopping, making online shopping becoming more popular in daily life. But the operator holds the absolute information superiority, as the same time, the internet strength this unequal status between operators and consumers. As a result, there are series of online operators who use information superiority to violate online shopping consumer’s right to know the information. However, the lacking of legislative, judicial, law enforcement, such as lack of online shopping legislative, high litigation costs and ineffective network law enforcement makes the online shopping consumers’ right to know not being guaranteed. This paper, by using the concept study, case analysis, comparative study, analysis concept and feature of online shopping, the concept of the consumer and the consumer’s right to know, and how does the online shopping infringe the consumer’s right to know, and reasons for this, as well as the protection of online shopping consumers’ right to know of the foreign countries and regions.At last,put forward reasonable proposals on legislation,law enforcement,justice for China, on legislation, improving the legislation level of the protection of the online shopping consumer and the system of online information disclosure; on law enforcement, administrative departments shall engage in making the relevant laws and regulations of online shopping, strengthen the supervision of online shopping, and improve the system of credit evaluation; on justice, improving the system of online dispute resolution, set up the small online court, in order to establish health, honest online shopping environment.
