Research Of Synergy Governance Model And Operationl Mechanism Of Our National Urban Community

Based on the governance theory and the basic ideas and methods of synergy theory, the five-star model of the synergistic governance in urban community has been built by this paper through the analysis of the order parameters and the logic exploration figures in the synergistic system, alone with the five order parameters of the synergistic governance:organization efficiency; credibility between organizations, information sharing, community autonomy consciousness and common vision. This paper draws an architecture diagram of the five-star model analysis on synergistic governance in urban community, and gives detailed analysis and elaboration of the five-star model’s methodology.This paper is based on the analysis of the information feedback from the main body take parts in synergistic governance in urban community, through the literature research and field investigation discovers those main parts in our country includes: sub-district office, community party branches, community residents committee, property management company and community social organizations.
