Management Mechanism of the Rural Flowing Party Members is order to achieve the setting goals on the flowing rural party members management of operation mode, in all aspects of the management process, the various elements interrelated, division of labor, coordinated operation to form a specific function. Secondly we analyze the situation of the rural flowing party members management mechanism in country L, including the status, problems and cause analysis, and learn from the advanced experiences of other regions. Thirdly, according to the flowing rural management mechanism theoretical model,we will propose recommendations to improve the rural flowing party members management mechanism, and put forward supporting countermeasure.
