Since 1980,with the continuous promotion of China’s urbanization process, more rural laborers have moved to cities and towns. However, because China’s household registration system and the reform of the urban and rural dual system haven’t been completed. At that time, the rural labor force went into the town to seek employment, but the transformation of their identities couldn’t be solved. Their identities remained farmers. Because their farmer identities lead to the confrontation between the survival state and the urban-rural dual education situation. Both of them made migrant laborers have to keep their children in the countryside, which has led to the emergence of the concept of rural left-behind children. The children left in rural areas are being in a critical period of education. But because of no good family education environment and no advanced teaching ideas in rural schools, not to speak of the community education, the left-behind children had many problems with the personal safety, education moral character and the personal feelings. Solving rural left-behind children’s education problems plays an important role in the children’s growth development and the migrant farmers’ basic interest. However, in terms of its present situation and the research situation of the left-behind children, this problem has not gotten enough attention of the society and a lot of problems still need to be solved.
