From thirty years of reform and opening up,whether economic political or cultural,China has undergone enormous changes.But a lot of research data shows that China in the process of reform there are a lot of inequality.This is mainly reflected in the difference between the cost of micro-economic entities,opportunities and preferential policies;the unequal treatment in the law of alternating in the old and new institution;the population in different regions get different benefit in economic growth and the huge gap allocation of public resources between regions and other issues.Nowadays.the deep-seated causes of money China social contradictions and social problems, is that the way of resource allocation is unreasonable.Thus.discussing the deletion status quo of resource allocation fairness,recognizing the existence of resource allocation fairness of problems and difficult,to analyze how to rational,efficient and equitable allocation of public resources to improve the whole social equality.reduce rural-urban development divide,thereby promoting overall social development well and healthily,not only belong to research the main problem of this paper,but also the whole community need to solve the problem urgently.Nowdays, there have the lack of allocation of resources fairness and the lack of understanding of the historical evolution of the equity issues in the country.The specific performance of resource allocation absence,for a long time,is always understanding not pay enough attention.the allocation of resources Fairness of reform and opening up the overall study found that overall, as demonstrated by the huge intergenerational income gap in education,health care and other resources between regions,between urban and rural areas,between people and between the industry.
