Research On Social Support In The Process Of Employment Of The Disabled

Paper mainly through of Jinan City, the employment situation of persons with disabilities were investigated, study of the present situation of the social support, points out the existing problems and analyses the reasons, draw lessons from the international advanced experience and practice, put forward concerning the employment of the disabled social support recommendations for improvement.The research found that the employment of the disabled, mainly through legal and policy support, social support, training support, rehabilitation support and employment service agencies to support several support mode. However, there are still some types of the leading industries of the disabled employment rate is low, the education level low, low levels of employment, employment types and their place of residence has obvious relevance. Therefore, the employment of the disabled social support efforts and social support quality should be further strengthened.Through comparison of States, Finland, Sweden, Australia, Japan and Chinese Hong Kong the employment of the disabled social support model, support from the income of the employment of the disabled, employment programs, rehabilitation programs and legal support, comparing the domestic and foreign about the employment of the disabled social support mode selection, puts forward improvement measure and suggestion of the employment of the disabled in China social support.This paper presents the suggestions from the following aspects to improve the employment of the disabled social support mode, increase the social support and quality, is a legal support, such as perfecting the laws and regulations, promote the proportion of employment, employment discrimination legislation, legislation to eliminate the labor protection; two is the support of the government, such as the clear dominance of government in the first, according to the proportion of employment guidance and support, to strengthen social security efforts; three is the social organization’s support, such as perfecting the system construction of public welfare enterprises, non- government support system, strengthen the training efforts; four is the disabled person social support network, such as improving the personal social network, to encourage self employment and do poineering work independently etc..The employment of the disabled social support model construction need long-term efforts, with continuous sound of the national laws and regulations, social protection efforts continue to strengthen, and persons with disabilities themselves unremitting struggle, the prospect of the employment of the disabled will more and more broad and level of employment will continuous lifting.
