Case Study On Promoting Employment Of The Disabled In Mianyang Science And Education District

In this paper,through the investigation of entrepreneurship in Mianyang,the current situation of entrepreneurship is studied,and the existing problems are analyzed.The study found that the entrepreneurs disabled,mainly through legal and policy support,social support and training support,rehabilitation and entrepreneurial support services institutions to support several support mode,but entrepreneurship rate is low,low educational level,therefore the disabled entrepreneurial social support and social support quality should be further strengthened.There are a lot of researches on disabled people in China,but the research on them is not enough.This study focuses on the "insider",standing on the perspective of the disabled,listening to their voices on the basis of understanding the status quo of entrepreneurship,and explore the social environment and personal conditions of their entrepreneurial activities.This paper,improve the entrepreneurial model suggestions from the following aspects,Increase the social support and quality,is a legal support,such as perfecting the laws and regulations,promote entrepreneurship,according to the proportion of legislation to eliminate discrimination,legislation to protect the enterprise labor protection,such as the clear dominance of the government,to lead in according to the proportion of entrepreneurial support,strengthen social security efforts;Three is the social organization's support,such as perfecting the system construction of publicwelf are enterprises,non government support system,strengthen the training efforts.four is the disabled person social support network,such as improving the personal social network,encourage entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship.Five is to establish self-confidence.The entrepreneurial social support model construction need long-term efforts,with the national laws and regulations continue to improve,continue to strengthen social security efforts,and strive to persons with disabilities themselves,disabled entrepreneurial prospects will be more and more broad,the business level will continue to rise.
