Study On The Coordination Of Regional Legislation In Shandong Province

The world has been found and becoming a whole since the circumnavigation and the discovery of the new world. After the industrial revolutions, globalization has becoming clearer and clearer, thus the resources and labor, in order to maximize the economical benefits. After WWII, regional economic integration has becoming a new feature of globalization. In order to catch up with the globalization, regions with proximity and shared culture have formed some typical integration areas through improving their cooperation. With this, the regional economic have developed as well as the regional laws and regulations. The importance of proper regional legislation has been realized by more and more people, and the research on regional legal system coordination theory is also put on the agenda.Regional legislative coordination is conducive to promoting the development of economic integration and the legislation system of our country. However, Shandong Province, whose GDP ranks No. three in China, had a rather late start of its regional integration and legislation. After many years of efforts, Shandong Province finally built the "two regions, one circle, one zone" regional economic development strategy in 2013. Thus there are many unsolved problems on it at the moment, such as the unsound organization, the shortage of talents and the conflict of legislation. This paper aims to offer some practical advice on the regional legislation collaboration in Shandong Province through the analysis of the current situation and the experiences and lessons from home and aboard.The first part of this paper gives us an introduction of the legislation collaboration background and related concepts. Regional legislative coordination is a kind of coordination of legislation in the context of regional integration. The second part introduces the significance of regional legislative coordination, mainly the significance of regional integration and the legislation system itself. The third part introduces the current situation of Shandong Province regional integration development pattern and regional legislative coordination situation. The fourth part mainly introduces the problems and reasons of Shandong Province regional legislative coordination. At last, some suggestions and advice are given on the legislation collaboration along with the unique features of Shandong Province and the experiences and lessons from home and abroad.
