The auxiliary police are the auxiliaries assist the official police to carry out the police work authorized by the security department. In order to adapt to the new situation of the development in social security, the auxiliary police have been long-standing. The auxiliary police and official police escort to social order and stability in together. The auxiliary police are the important objects the security department carries out the work to rely on. The auxiliary police are the right assistants the security department strengthens the basic work. The auxiliary police are bridges build a relationship between the security department and the common people. With the auxiliary police force continue to mature, this job’s problems highlight gradually. Such as high press in work, issues about treatment and welfare, social identity and so on. It makes the auxiliary police’s job enthusiasm and job satisfaction affected. And the job efficiency is reduced. Nowadays a lot of people research on the job satisfaction in many areas of domestic and foreign. The research is no longer confined to the enterprise workers, but also including teachers,doctors, police and other professions. However, it’s rare the research on the auxiliary police.This article is a study carried out for auxiliary police of Cheng Hua District, they are all objects questionnaire and interview to select. “Auxiliary police’s job satisfaction of Cheng Hua District questionnaire” include 6 basic factors and 6 job satisfaction dimensions. Basic factors include gender, age, marital status, work experience,educational background and work unit. Job satisfaction dimensions include belongingness, work itself, personal development, work return, management system and interpersonal relationships. Descriptive analysis, one-factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis are applied in this study. Investigation and study on the auxiliary police’s job satisfaction of Cheng Hua District to show: The auxiliary police’s overall job satisfaction of Cheng Hua District is not high; The auxiliary police of Cheng Hua District different in gender, age, marital status, work experience, educational background and work unit, some are difference on job satisfaction and each dimension; Each dimension has different influence on job satisfaction. And the satisfaction of each auxiliary police’s job satisfaction dimension,the order from high to low: interpersonal relationships, work itself, management,personal development, belongingness, and work return.According to the above conclusions, in total from improving the work atmosphere,stretching the personal development, increasing the work return and optimizing the management to propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the auxiliary police’s job satisfaction of Cheng Hua District.
