Research On Normative Construction Of Auxiliary Police Force In Yinhai District Of Beihai City

In our country in this era,the in-service police force is seriously missing,precisely because of the existence of a police auxiliary force,to a certain extent to make up for the serious shortage of our police force,breaking this dilemma.The police auxiliary force is the first supplementary force of the public security organ in the daily non-confidential task,and at the same time plays an extremely crucial role in maintaining the stability of the overall situation of our country and the orderly progress of public security.China is now in the primary stage of socialist development,its national conditions are still relatively complex,and it is more necessary to strengthen management of public security in order to continuously promote China's rapid development.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously improve the service level of the auxiliary police and enhance their professionalism and sense of responsibility.In this way,we can better prevent and control the social security of our country and deal with the complex law enforcement environment.Due to the lack of a systematic standardized management system for police auxiliary personnel in our country for a long time,the current legal system is not perfect,the quality of police auxiliary personnel is generally low,and the ideological awareness is short,which has caused a series of auxiliary police management problems.For example,the management mechanism of police auxiliary teams is extremely confusing,police auxiliary personnel have low police skills,lack of legal awareness,and police auxiliary personnel are not passionate enough to fight well.The lack of understanding of legal rights and interests is extremely vague and so on.But with the rapid development of our country's economy and the people's demands on the good security environment,the standardmanagement level of the police auxiliary force is not enough to meet the new requirements of the new social security situation,the satisfaction of the people and the police work.Therefore,on how to strengthen the standardized management of the auxiliary police force in China,further improve the combat effectiveness of the auxiliary police force,improve the ability of the auxiliary police personnel to assist the regular police to carry out various police activities,and comprehensively enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the entire public security team.As one of the important research topics of our country's public security organs.The author of this article has worked as a police officer in the Yinhai District Public Security Bureau of Beihai City for seven years.He once worked in criminal investigation,public security and political work positions,fought with the auxiliary police,and also took charge of the auxiliary police management work.Therefore,he has a deep understanding of the auxiliary police.Recognizing the importance of standardizing the construction of the administrative auxiliary police force,in order to better and more appropriately develop a set of management models suitable for our current national conditions,the author of this paper studies the combination of public management theory knowledge and field research.This paper analyzes the current situation of standardization management and construction of police auxiliary police force in Yinhai District of Beihai City.Through literature research methods and field research methods,drawing on the advanced experience of standardized management and construction of police auxiliary teams at home and abroad,using various theories of public management,and combining with the actual situation in Yinhai District of Beihai City,this paper puts forward some creative suggestions that are feasible and practical.As a result,the standardization construction of our police auxiliary force has been incorporated into the current police operation mechanism more quickly.
