Case Studies On The Governance Of "Three Social Linkage" In The Community Of Chengdu Wuhou District

With the continuous progress of urbanization, the community bears all the size of the life of the residents, and becomes the main body of the urban community. Wuhou District, Chengdu City from cities across the country, homeopathy, to community governance proposed positive and fruitful exploration, put forward "three linkage" mechanism of community governance."Three linkage" mainly refers to the through participation in community construction, social organization cultivation and social workers, enhance "three society" between the effective interaction, communication and cooperation, to form a good situation and resource sharing, mutual promotion and common progress, to build a full of vigor of the grassroots social management new pattern.In this paper, by analyzing and comparing the typical mode of community governance in major cities of the country, combined with the "three linkage" governance in Chengdu Wuhou Jade East community the case description and the existing obtained achievements and problems; analysis, linkage of existing Jade East Community "three linkage" model from the angle of theory and practice and analysis of the composition of the communities in the eastern jade "three linkage" mechanism; and on the existing "three linkage" facing the problems and the situation of detailed analysis, and puts forward can learn from the experience and enlightenment.
